A case of aCongenital Bochdalek’s hernia1 in 6 days old female infant with the chief complaints of cyanosis and "dyspnea" was reported. The diagnosis was finally confirmed by the radiological findings of the chest, which were multiple cysts like, air-filled intestinal loops on the left lung field.
